The house has a huge roof terrace which provides completely private sun-bathing in the winter months, wonderful starry nights in the summer months and rapid clothes drying (there is a washing machine in the kitchen). The house has air-conditioning/heating throughout, to keep you comfortable all year round. The cottage - The cottage sleeps four. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with shower room adjacent. There is a two level lounge area with big glass doors opening out onto a shaded area beneath huge old carob trees. The room in which the old bread oven is situated is equipped with table and benches. The private pool is situated at the front of the house and cottage, surrounded by a terrace equipped with sunbeds and a shaded table, a barbeque and seating area for outside dining. There is a shaded parking area. At the rear of the kitchen there is a shaded eating area with 'pub-style' bench. There is extensive land around the house which is flat and so suitable for many games.
