Riverside Camper Park on the Famous Little Susitna River

Riverside RV Park and Campground

With 60 full hookup sites, showers and a laundry on site, you can concentrate upon your summer vacation without the need to search around for the facilities you need. Your comfort will be assured as every necessity is in your grasp. From groceries to ice, sodas to snacks even a RV wash for cleaning up the house.

If fishing flows in your vain's and your heart pumps with the thought of a mighty Alaska salmon as it darts from bank to bank in a feeble attempt to rip the rod from your powerful grasp. Flip a fly or cast a lure from the on site banks of the famous Little Susitna river. This is a top destination and sites are best reserved ahead.

Campground and the Little Susitna River

Fish for five different species of Alaskan salmon (Coho, King, Sockeye, Chum, and Pink) here on the Little Susitna. Note: this river is second only to the Kenai River in number of Coho (Silver Salmon) caught. Spring through fall, the fishing here is outstanding.

Boat Launch at the RV Park

Kenny & Sheila Mortensen welcome you to Riverside Camper Park and the world of Alaska. Located on the George Parks Highway close to the picturesque town of Houston. Amenities include a post office, grocery store, service station and the scenic beauty of the great outdoors. There is a licensed fishing guide available but again try to book ahead to assure availability.
