( SCA ) which provides its services to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use which may be updated and modified at any time in the future without notice to you. By registering with Sports Coaching Academy.com (“Site”) and commencing use of the Site, you agree to accept the following Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), and to use the Site strictly in accordance with the Terms of Use, and any future modifications thereto.. SportsCoachingAcademy.com provides members with online materials associated with the education of soccer players, parents and coaches, among others, over the Internet. New materials will be made available to members on an ongoing basis to improve the quality of service and will also be subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
SCA will endeavor to at all times provide quality services to the membership, but, you agree that such services are provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and that SCA assumes no responsibility in any way for the deletion or failure of the user to retrieve such services. Members agree that they are totally and completely responsible for their access to the Internet and all the relevant systems that they employ to access and retrieve material that is made available by SCA. The user hereby agrees that the use of the service provided by SCA is entirely at the user’s own risk and that Sports Coaching Academy LLC’s services are provided without warranty of any kind. Sports Coaching Academy LLC reserves the right at any time to modify or indeed to discontinue this website service and all other services either temporarily or permanently with or without notice at its sole discretion and that Sports Coaching Academy LLC shall not be liable to anyone for any modification / suspension / or discontinuance of such services.

Payment
You, the user, agree to pay to SCA on your account all charges, including applicable taxes, in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. Sports Coaching Academy, LLC reserves the right to adjust the amount of the fee charged for the Service provided and to initiate new fees and charges at any time without prior notice to you. SCA also reserves the right to establish limits of the service as provided to the user.
You agree to provide to SCA accurate payment information and if payment cannot be collected from you for any reason including credit card chargeback or insufficient funds, SCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and membership. A $25 fee will be charged for any check returned by your financial institution with payment declined.

Renewal of Membership
Your membership will be automatically renewed on the renewal date unless you cancel your membership here. SCA will try to inform you of your renewal date in advance and remind you to cancel your membership if you wish to do so. Such reminder is offered only as a courtesy and any failure of SCA to deliver such reminder to you will not affect or delay the automatic renewal of your membership or your responsibility for the membership fee.

Refunds of Subscription and Cancellation of Membership
The ‘Free Tour’ and informational materials provided on the website are designed to provide you with a detailed outline of the services available. Please look carefully through this material before you subscribe – once you do subscribe to Sports Coaching Academy.com there will be no refund.
SCA reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time without notice or refund to you if we consider that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, our rules and guidelines, and/or have undertaken conduct that we feel is detrimental and/or harmful to SCA and/or to other users of the service or other information service providers.

Member Passwords / Accounts / Security
After you have successfully completed the registration process your password is for you only. This password is non-transferable and under no circumstances should this password be distributed to any other person(s). You may not sublicense / transfer / sell / or assign your password or any aspect of the website that is available to you to use as a member. SCA will monitor the use of passwords and any action that indicates the disclosure / sharing / or unauthorized use of the password is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your membership without notice.
If you suspect that your account is no longer secure for your own use you must inform us of the problem and arrange to have a new password assigned to your account.

SCA Library of Materials
You agree to download available copyrighted material from the website for your own use. You may not make copies / reproduce / re-transmit / distribute / publish / transfer / or commercially exploit any copyrighted material from the website. The burden of determining which, if any, materials are not protected by copyright rests with you, the customer. Governing Law

Any content you elect to communicate in any form to Sports Coaching Academy LLC and/or in the services provided by SCA you grant Sports Coaching Academy LLC the royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and sublicenseable right and license to use, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the membership and to the public at large, perform, and display such content ( in whole or in part ) worldwide and/or to incorporate such content in other works in any form / media / or technology now known or to be developed in the future for any purpose commercial or otherwise that SCA chooses, without any compensation to you whatsoever.

Notice
Sports Coaching Academy LLC may give notice to users by means of a general notice posted on the website / by electronic mail sent to the user’s email address / and/or by written communication sent by first class mail to the users address on record. By becoming a member, you hereby consent to receiving such email correspondence from SCA, its marketing partners and affiliates.
