We've taken the tried-and-trued concept of want ads, and made it high-tech. With PriceOut.com you're no longer at the mercy of the seller. The buyer makes the deal, the buyer negotiates the final price, and the seller waits for the buyer to make the final decision.
After all, it's the Buyers money, isn't it?

Registering is easy! Just follow the simple steps shown below, and you'll be ready to go. Your information will always remain confidential. PriceOut.com will never sell your name, address or email address to any third parties.

1.	Click on "Register New Account" from the main page.
2.	Complete the New User Registration Page.
3.	Agree to the user terms and privacy policy.
4.	Submit, Confirm, and Finalize.
5.	You'll get an email with a confirmation link. Click on the link given in the email and you are ready to go.

Once registered, you are free to post as many want ads as you like. Posting is simple; you just need to follow these steps:

1.	From the main page, click on the Post Tab at the top of the page.
2.	Now, select the category that best describes what you're looking for. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, select something similar, and send an email to customer service. We'll try to take care of all our customer's needs.
3.	Complete the Ad description. You can put in a title for the ad, text (in either plain text format or HTML) and pictures.
4.	Submit the ad for posting.

PriceOut.com only allows seller postings to be made in response to a buyer's ad.
Once you find an ad that you would like to respond to, you can either take an item from your inventory, or create a new item right there.

As a convenience to our sellers, you may store as many items for sale as you wish to your Seller's Inventory, ready for posting to a buyer's ad as soon as you see an appropriate posting.
To store seller ads to your inventory, go to your Seller's Account Tab, and click on Add a Seller Item in the Seller's Inventory section. Now follow the following steps to load up a Seller Ad:

1.	Select the category that best describes what you're trying to sell. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, select something similar, and send an email to customer service. We'll try to take care of all our customer's needs.
2.	Complete the item description. You can put in a title for the item, text (in either plain text format or HTML), pictures and a price.
3.	Submit the item to your inventory.

Now, find a buyer ad that you want to respond to.

To post an item from your inventory to the buyer ad, select the appropriate item from the drop down list. Adjust your price if you wish, select whether or not you would like to open a negotiate session, or if the price is fixed.

To create a new item for sale directly from the buyer ad, simply click on Create a New Seller Item and complete the item description.

Once you've selected the right item from your inventory, or completed the new item description, PriceOut will send an email message to the buyer telling them about your response.

Negotiate is an exclusive PriceOut.com option that lets the buyer and seller work together on a price. Just like you would at any market, you can work together to come to an agreement on the final price of the item.

If the seller has selected the negotiate option when responding to the buyer ad, the buyer will have the ability to respond with a new price. The seller then gets to do the same, back and forth, until an agreement is reached, or one or the other states that the price they gave is the final offer.
