The Kestrel 4000 Pocket Weather Tracker is a complete portable weather station that measures every environmental condition, quickly and accurately, right in the palm of your hand. It also tracks and stores up to 480 measurement points for each parameter so you can see what's happened in the past and predict what's coming in the future. You can even upload the stored data to your computer with the optional Kestrel Interface.
The Kestrel 4000 NV (Night Vision) version has a visible red backlight, which helps sustain the user's natural night vision. The backlight is also much dimmer than a standard backlight, making it more difficult to detect with the naked eye in night operations.
