There are many tasks involved in developing and processing your custom home order, and keeping a handle on these can be challenging.  At Tennessee Timberframe, we use sophisticated project management software to help you plan for and follow the task list and time frame associated with designing, manufacturing and delivering your timber frame home. 

 
Upon receipt of your order, Tennessee Timberframe will identify for you the steps involved in the Order Fulfillment Process.  The first segment in this process is the Design Phase, followed by the Production Phase, and finally, the Delivery Phase.  There are typically several tasks associated with each phase.  All tasks will be identified, and the responsible party for each task will be designated.  The projected amount of time to accomplish each task is also predicted.
 

The tasks and other pertinent information about you and your project are entered into the Project Management database.  This information is reported in a graphical format and plotted on a time scale.  Each time work is done toward one of the tasks in your project, the information is updated, and the Project Chart is automatically restructured.

The Project Chart and Project Notes are shared between Tennessee Timberframe personnel and each client electronically or by fax transmission.  The result is that each person involved in the Order Fulfillment process is kept up to date with our progress and the overall plan of action required to make delivery.  This yields efficiency in planning and implementing the Order Fulfillment process.
