Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase,
Please email returns@xandyrgifts.com
for a Return Authorization (RA) number within ten (10) days of receiving your
order. The merchandise must be unopened and in a sellable condition. We will only
accept orders with a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, and
those that are returned within 10 days from the day the RMA was issued. All products
to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please
note that we can't accept any returns for the following items:
- products that
have been personalized such as products that have been engraved
- for products
starting with a CC- item number.
- products that have been opened from their
original shrink-wrap packaging
- products that have been damaged
Once
we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund the merchandise amount less
10% restocking fee and any shipping charges. For your added security, we advise
that you ship all returned merchandise insured against damage through a reputable
courier (e.g., FedEx®, UPS™, etc.). XandyrGifts.com is not responsible for the
cost of shipping returned items. Credits are not issued to any lost packages,
as well as, products that are nonrefundable, which are returned to us. We will
not be liable for merchandise that arrive damage or become lost in transit. We
reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our policy. Moreover,
packages that are sent back to us without a return addressee will not be accepted
- it will be discarded.
Damaged
or Missing Items
If you find a
damaged or missing item you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will
replace and ship the item immediately. You must save the damaged merchandise and
packaging for possible claim by us. You must report to us any damage or missing
items within 10 days.
