Where
do we ship?
We ship from the United States to destinations within the United
States and Canada, using UPS.
What
are the shipping times?
Once you order is placed it is submitted to the
warehouse or production (for personalized items) and packaged and shipped within
2-5 business days. Items that are personalized usually ship within 3-7 business
days.
What
are the delivery times?
We currently offer two shipping methods, Standard
Ground & 2nd Day Air. Ground will take 5-7 business days. 2nd day air will
take up to 2 business days. Although we make every effort to ship our products
within our shipping times, their delivery is beyond our control and it is in the
responsibility of the courier.
What
are our shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary from total order amount, shipping
method and shipping locations. You can check shipping costs prior to checking
out. Within you shopping cart, you can check shipping options by selecting "Check
