Sales Tax

Sales Tax

You will not be charged sales tax UNLESS your order is shipped to a California address. California state laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order not including shipping if shipped within CA. The current California tax rate is .0725.

Returns

Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

·         Email rma@childrens-learning-toys.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

·         Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.

·         Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.

·         Once we have supplied an RMA # it will be the customer’s responsibility to make all shipping arrangements for the returned items. Children’s Learning Toys recommends that you insure your return and use a carrier that will provide tracking information. If the returned package is lost or damaged we will not be able to make the refund to you. You will have to file an insurance claim with your shipper for your refund.

·         Once we have received the item we must inspect it before issuing a credit back to the original credit card used for the purchase.

SHIPPING

The majority of all items will be shipped via UPS. We will advise you when there is a different method of shipment being used. Due to the variety of items being supplied by Children’s Learning Toys not all products will ship as a consolidated shipment.

Each product category will advise the approximate ship time. If an item is no longer in stock we will advise by email with replacement time so you can decide if you want to proceed with the order.

Please note that we will do everything within our power to meet the estimated processing and shipping times but they are not guaranteed.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect all packages upon receipt of shipment, any damage must be reported within 10 days for the claim with UPS/FedEx to be made and a new item to be shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately at support@childrens-learning-toys.com and save all packing materials. We cannot process a claim after the 10-day time period. It is the customer’s responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise upon receipt of shipment to insure no damage has occurred.
