Average shipping and delivery time is currently
5-14 days. However, in some cases it may take longer for
out-of-stock/on-order items, holiday rushes and international
shipping destinations.
We will email shipping notice with tracking
information once your order has shipped. Upon notice, please
allow up to 14 days for First Class delivery, 10 days for
Parcel Post delivery and 5 days for Priority Mail delivery
within the lower 48 states (excluding Sundays).

was not setup prior to placing your order, tracking information
will be unavailable.

Shipment
Delays
Purchasing our inventory through many large
distributors enables us to offer very competitive prices.
While we do stock many items, we do not stock every item
listed on our site. Orders generally take 2 weeks from the
time you place your order until the time you receive your
package and sometimes longer for specialty items. If you
need an order by a specific date, please note this when
you place your order in the "Comments to eBladeStore.com"
box. If we can not get your order to you by the specified
date, we will let you know prior to processing your order.
Many of our products are manufactured from
natural materials and are made by hand. From time to time,
an item may be temporarily out-of-stock because of our vendor's
inability to get materials, problems with tooling, or other
delays inherent in our industry. We understand our customers'
frustrations when our inventory is temporarily sold out,
requiring that our Purchasing Department order additional
inventory.
If you do not wish to wait due to a delay
or backorder, you may request
a cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s)
has not already gone to the warehouse or shipped. If we
do not hear from you before we ship the items, we will assume
you have agreed to the shipment delay.
If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30
days of the order date, delay notice or backorder notification
(whichever is greater), a cancellation will be processed
automatically and you will receive a prompt refund for any
unshipped portion of your order. Please allow up to two
billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit

International
We are happy to ship orders to most countries
outside the United States. Please make sure you have provided
correct and full contact information such as your email
address.
All International shipping rates are estimated (will be
no less then) at the time your order is placed. A final
shipping adjustment fee may be
applied once your order has shipped.
Packages ship via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail
(when available for your country) or Air Parcel Post. Transit
time is approximately 7-10 days from the date of shipment.
Please allow up to 20 days for delivery.
If you want to track the delivery of your order, you must
request we ship your order "Global Express Mail".
Additional fees apply.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure items
being ordered are legal and acceptable for import. International
customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees
required by their customs services. eBladeStore.com is not
responsible for orders delayed or refused by their customs
service. In other words, the customer must accept responsibility
