Final Examinations for Winter Quarter will be held from March 20 through March 24, 2006. The first day of classes for Spring Quarter is April 4, 2006.

If you are interested in visiting Stanford during Spring Break, and would like to know what services will be available, we recommend that you check this schedule or contact Visitor Information Services at (650) 723-2560.

Visitor Information Services offers public walking tours for parties of nine or fewer at 11:00 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. daily, with the exception of some holidays and holiday weekends when tours will not be offered. Golf cart tours, residence hall tours, and private tours for groups of 10 or more require advance reservations.

Prospective undergraduates are encouraged to take part in our Discover Stanford program, which includes both a tour and an information session.

Tours of undergraduate residences are offered each Monday and Friday at 1:00 p.m., except during the first week of classes, finals week, and academic breaks. Reservations are required, and space is restricted to prospective students and their parents/guardians only, as tour size is limited.

During the summer, this tour can fill quickly. For reservations, please contact Visitor Information Services at (650) 723-2560.

This free one-hour tour includes information about the various housing and dining options on campus, residential education programs, and the "draw" system for room assignments. Please note that for privacy and security reasons, this tour does not include the viewing of a dorm room.
