Requirements:

  • Answer support calls or emails about but not limited to E-mail, Networking, FTP, Server Status, Domain Name Management, etc.
  • Knowledge of basic to intermediate level HTML
  • Excellent people skills and a positive attitude required
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Quick learner
  • Previous experience with content management systems is a plus
  • Analytical and problem solving skills

Job Description: 
The ideal candidate for the Customer Support/QA Technician position will provide extensive customer support via e-mail and phone and will troubleshoot problematic Web pages with his/her knowledge of HTML. Collaboration with our experienced IT technicians to resolve higher level issues will also be necessary.

The Customer Support/QA Technician will also check internally developed Web pages for quality assurance and be responsible for having all errors corrected. The candidate's keen eye for detail will be put the test here.
