Shipping within the United States and Territories:

TCO offers free shipping on most orders over $250. The following tables below provide a guideline on shipping and handling charges for standard on-line purchases. Shipping charges WILL apply to ALL "closeout" and "specials" items. Please note: In order to provide you with the best service, we require that your browser allows "cookies" to keep track of the items in your shopping cart. We ship via US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx depending on the package size, value and customer requirements. A street address is required for all deliveries.

International Shipping:

TCO Fly Shop ships internationally to almost any country in the world. We ship via US Postal Service, UPS Worldwide Express™ or FedEx depending on the package size, value and customer requirements. A street address is required for all deliveries. International shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. UPS Worldwide Express™ or the US Postal Service will charge the package recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees at time of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these charges.

International Duties and Taxes:

For orders shipping to destinations outside the US: Duties and taxes, if imposed on your order, are due at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by TCO Fly Shop). Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. For gifts sent to a recipient outside the US, the recipient will be responsible for any duties and taxes, which will be due at time of delivery.

Backorder Policy.

Backordered items shipping to US addresses are most often delivered via the US Postal Service. In most cases, you can expect delivery 3-7 business days after the item is back in stock. Backordered items shipping outside the US are shipped via US Postal Service. In most cases, you can expect delivery 2-3 weeks after the item becomes available. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, the backordered portion will be shipped at no additional charge. Delivery may take longer for some items. TCO staff will communicate status on any backorder items via e-mail.
