When returning a product you MUST first contact us to receive a return authorization number. You may either email us at help@more4kids.com or call us at 423-490-0900.

All non-personalized items:

1) You may return item within 30 days in original condition for a refund of the price of the item.

Personalized Children's Books, Music and Software:

1) If you book or CD arrives damaged you have 30 days to return if for your money back or a replacement. Replacements will be for the same title only.

2) If we entered the personalized information incorrectly from the information provided, you may return the item within 30 days for your money back or a replacement. Replacements will be made for the same title only.

3) If you, the customer, provided us with the incorrect information no refund will be given. However, if you call us and return the book we will provide you with a substantial discount for a duplicate item of the same title. We want to keep you as a customer and will only charge for cost of the product and shipping.

IF after placing an order an error is noticed, please remember to call immediately 423-490-0900. Once we start making the product we cannot provide a refund. A phone call is preferable than an email for reporting problems.
