"I am writing to say a big thank you to everyone at "Just Florida". For the second year running we have had a wonderful holiday. Last year we stayed at 117 Troon Circle, Highland Reserve, which was a wonderful house with spectacular views. On your recommendation this year we rented at 538 Burford Circle, The Manor at West Haven. We wondered before our holiday if we had made the right decision, it was difficult to see how the new house could top the previous one. Everything you said about it was true and some. The house is stunning, the furnishings are luxurious and tasteful and the way the pool is situated, enclosed within the walls of the house gives total privacy. We have visited Florida six times now, and have rented accommodation through Virgin Holidays and other smaller companies, but none have managed the personal service that your company provides. From booking our flights and car hire at very reasonable rates, sorting out our insurance and answering any questions we had along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We hope to go back to Florida again hopefully next year, if not definitely the year after, and will of course be using your company again." - JA

"A quick line regarding our stay at 528 Burford Circle, The Manor at West Haven. We had a really great time staying in this villa, the facilities available were excellent and with the added bonus of a games room. The furniture in the villa was of a very high standard and the pool and spa were the finishing touches to our vacation. The location of the villa is in a lovely quiet spot but near enough to all the parks and shops. The management company that looks after the villa were very good and nothing was too much trouble for them, we would recommend this villa to anyone" - LR

"We stayed in 613 Burford Circle from 5th to 13th May 2005 and you did tell us about construction work in the vicinity of the house before we arrived. In fact there was no construction work at the front of the house or on either side as both houses on either side were completed and any other work was quite a way down the road and did not inconvenience us in any way. There was construction work on the site but over the fence at the rear of the property. We expected this before we arrived and the house and situation were exactly as you described. The house was top quality, and was in a very upmarket area, convenient for all the attractions and amenities. The construction did not detract from the enjoyment of our holiday even when we stayed in during the day." - IA & LSR

The villas at 623 and 633 Burford Circle, The Manor at West Haven were beautiful and well appointed, a home from home except with the added luxury of a lovely pool, jacuzzi and pool area. Although building work was still going on in the development there was very little noise and no inconvenience to ourselves because of it. As you know my sister and her family booed the villa next door to ours and they had a great time too! We were definitely reluctant to come home. This was the second time we had used your business for our holiday and it certainly won't be the last due to the service you give. I have no hesitation in recommending Just Florida to anyone looking for an excellent level of service when organising their holiday." - IC

"We stayed at the villa at 633 Burford Circle as the first guests and what a treat it was, the villa, pool and garden was absolutely fabulous - with first class furniture and all new appliances a truly exceptional executive villa. We had the pool heated as in March it is still a bit cool in the water and would certainly recommend this in the cooler months. Although there was still some construction work in progress it did not spoil our holiday in the least. The management company were terrific and very helpful as was the service at this end. Just 10 minutes from the theme parks and 2 minutes to local amenities - what a terrific location." - SO & PB

"My family and I recently returned from staying at 602 Burford Circle whilst on our annual holiday and felt we had to write to express how wonderful the experience was and how helpful your staff were in arranging our trip. The villa itself was set in a gated community and was magnificent and I don't think we'll ever be able to stay in a hotel again. There was more than enough room for two families to stay without feeling claustrophobic. In the evening the adults could relax in the downstairs living area whilst still being able to keep an eye on the children in the upstairs gallery style living area. We all loved using the communal tennis court and the children loved the play area. The villa's private pool was huge and being able to relax in the Jacuzzi after an action-packed day was great. Disney was practically on the doorstep and we were close to all local amenities. We are already thinking about next year's holiday and would definitely stay here again." NS

"We have just spent 8 nights at your villa at 652 Burford Circle, The Manor at West Haven then moved onto the Gulf Coast in a Villa costing twice as much, Oh how I wished we had just stayed the 2 weeks at yours we really didn't want to leave, the quality of the furnishings and the villa in general were exceptional. We travelled with our 18 month old daughter and felt so at ease when we saw the villa had a pool safety net stopping access to the pool for her. We used the pool and Jacuzzi on a daily basis, how good is it to return from an action packed day at the theme parks and then settle in the 7ft Jacuzzi with a beer in hand."- LG & KG

Once Hurricane Frances was on its way, it was a huge relief to everyone to know that we were not being discarded because our time was up- with a party of 11 adults including an infant, three boys under 10, and an insulin dependant diabetic, it was crucial that we were together and safe. The many reassuring calls we received from both Arthur and Sarah, sorting the car, the house, the rearranged return flights, and calling all our family and friends, were priceless. Especially as it was impossible to buy a phone card anywhere. Since our return, I have been singing your company's praises to anyone who will listen.
