RESERVATIONS:
All reservations are to be made direct to A&F Tour Travel Co.,Ltd. Bangkok only. All details are necessary. Names of passengers, arrival date, departure date, flight details and accommodation requested should be made as early as possible, especially for the months of November-April.

AMENDMENTS:
Any additional charges for second amendment, a nominal fee for our communication and services will be added.

CANCELLATIONS:
We reserve the right to charge a nominal cancellation fee for services and expenses, in addition to cancellation fees charged to us for any last minute cancellations or no show. The hotel will charge one night's fee, plus the cost involved.

ACCOMMODATION:
All accommodation is on "Run Of House" basis. The right is reserved to substitute hotel accommodation of a similar grade when necessary, from those mentioned in the package tour tariff. In addition, A&F Travel cannot be held responsible for hotel over booking situations, when the hotel may relocate the individuals or the tour. However, we will do our utmost to ensure this relocation will be in accommodation of a similar category.

PEAK SEASON SUPPLEMENTS:
During the tourist high season in Thailand from November until April all hotels will add a high-season supplement charge to the annual contract room rates. Full payment should be made before guests arrive, plus the cost of the compulsory Gala Dinners on Christmas and New Year's Eve. These surcharges will be added to our contract rate to you when your booking is confirmed.

PAYMENTS:
Full payment must be received by A&F Tour Travel Co., Ltd. not later than Three weeks before passengers' arrival, unless special arrangements have been made. If payment does not reach us in time, we have the right to release the booking without notice.

RATES:
All rates are quoted in US DOLLARS or THAI BAHT net and rates descriptions are based on our own contract rates. We reserve the right to change rates given without previous notice and valid for travel Agent only.

LIABILITY:
Whilst every effort will be made to promote requested services, A&F Tour Travel Co.,Ltd. acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transportation companies and tourist offices providing the services and other contracts. As such, A&F Tour Travel Co.,Ltd. is not liable or responsible for any loss, injury, damages, claims for additional expenses due to incidents which occur, delays, political action, change of schedules or other irregularities arising from circumstances beyond its control. These must be borne by passengers.

CHILDREN POLICY:
· 01 - 05 Year's old 50 % discount from full price
· 06 - 12 year's old 20% discount from full payment
· 13 Year's old, full fare of payment

HOW TO PAY FOR OUR SERVICES :

Any payment for tours, hotels, air tickets or other services will be made after the clients agree with the price. To confirm any booking the payments must be made in advance before you arrival in Bangkok, or others city as stated on the program. Thats mean we can guarantee all arrangements.

If payments made by bank transfer, to confirm those payment the clients must fax to us of the bank transfered slip to the fax number (+++ 66 2 267 0364) and our accountant can be followed moneis.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:
We accept MASTER, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS for credit cards payment. If you prefer to payment by credit card Please print out the Credit Card Authorization Form and full fill your credit card on form including your signature, and fax us on (+++ 66 2 267 0364). We must have express permission to charge your credit card for the amount of services on the mentioned dates.
