When you purchase a ticket for a KLM flight, you are entering into a contract of carriage with KLM to which these general conditions of carriage apply.
These general conditions of carriage are available from KLM and its authorized agents free of charge, can be viewed at the KLM website at www.klm.com, or can be sent to you upon request.

Although the entire contents of this brochure is important, we wish to direct your attention especially to Articles 8, 9 and 17.
