Alabama Traffic School Information

If you receive a traffic ticket in Alabama you can get permission from the judge or the court clerk to take a traffic school course. Alabama has a points system that will assign you from 2 points up to 6 points depending on your infraction. If you acquire too many points your drivers license can be suspended from 60 days up to a year.

For this reason it is recommended that you take a traffic school course if possible and keep the points off your license. Contact the court clerk or judge and ask for permission to take a traffic school course. To register for our recommended Alabama traffic school course you will need your court docket, ticket case, or citation number.
