The Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) would like to remind all American businesses and organizations that the third anniversary of the U.S.-led mission in Iraq is March 20th. As in the past three years, anti-American and anti-war demonstrations are scheduled in cities around the world, with the greatest concentration of activity in Europe. Most of these protests are scheduled for Saturday, March 18th, but isolated protests may occur as early as March 15th or as late as March 20th.

The Regional Security Office at the U.S. Embassy Luxembourg reported the following: A demonstration entitled "U.S./Israel Plan Nuclear Attack on Iran to Control Oil and Defend the Dollar" is scheduled in front of the U.S. Embassy Luxembourg on Saturday, March 18 at 3:00 p.m. Although this demonstration is not in protest to the U.S.- led mission in Iraq, it is scheduled on the same date as dozens of other anti-war protests in the region.
