This was our first time renting a home near Disney instead of staying inside of the parks. I will never stay inside again!! Your home was wonderful, our family loved it! The heated pool and amenities made our vacation perfect. The location is perfect, close to parks, restaurants, everything, best vacation we've ever had!! Beautiful and VERY CLEAN home, absolutely happy!!

This was our first time renting a house in Florida and it was a great experience. The house was more than we expected. Very clean and spacious with such easy access to the Disney parks. We will definitely rent this house again on our next visit and will highly recommend it to all our friends. The kids loved the secure pool and the gameroom. Thanks for everything.

We rented a 7 bedroom 4 1/2 bath villa with pool. The house was everything you promised and then some. We had a wonderful stay and our family reunion at the resort was a great success thanks (in part) to the lovely accommodation. I'd certainly recommend your services and would rent again from Orlando4villas.

Visited Emerald Island Resorts Thanksgiving week 2005. What a fabulous community. The location is ideal you are minutes from Disney properties, without the hassel of the highway traffic. There is plenty of conveniences for your villa stay, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and unfortunately for us, even a health clinic (one of our party had strep throat). The accomodations themselves are outstanding, roomy living spaces, beautiful patio and SAFE swimming pool area! We had three children ages 4, 2, and 1 and a hotel room would not have sufficed. The management on location was very helpful regarding extra needs (pack-n-play, towels, etc.). I cannot say enough about these villas. I have told anyone who would listen that this is the way to visit Disney especially for larger groups or families with small childern. We are already planning our return in 2007. Thank you again to Wayne and Malcolm for making our visit so enjoyable.

VISITED ORLANDO IN OCT. 2005 - THE VILLA IN EMERALD ISLAND RESORT WAS GREAT-LOCATION, DECOR, FACILITIES ETC 1ST CLASS.

Outstanding home. Convenient to Disneyworld. Good take-out (Outback, Italian, Chinese), grocery store and UPS store (for outlet purchases) very close by. Kids loved the (secured) pool, the game room and the mickey/minnie bedroom. All beds were very comfortable. Property Managers are very responsive. First class all the way. Highly recommend. FANTASTIC HOLIDAY DESPITE HURRICANE WILMA!! - SUPERB VILLA, WE HAD 2 17YR OLD GIRLS IN OUR PARTY SO THE EXTRA BATHROOM WAS AN ABSOLUTE NECESSITY!!!! RESORT WAS BRILLIANT - NEAR ENOUGH TO DISNEY BUT FAR ENOUGH FROM THE 192 TO AVOID TRAFFIC NOISE ETC - CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN AND MANY THANKS TO WAYNE WHO GAVE US INVALUABLE HELP AND ADVICE RE FLIGHTS ETC

What a great experience for our first trip to Orlando and Disneyworld. As much fun as the parks were it was nice to have a retreat just a short distance away with more amenities than a hotel. Laundry, kitchen with all of the Disney theme appliances and utensils, pool/jacuzzi, game room and the whole house was beautifully furnished. The resort was clean and any questions were answered by the management company immediately. Can't wait to set up our next visit.
