Q.How do I make a Reservation
A.Please visit your selected home and click the Book online option or Alternatively you may email us or call us on Tele:0044-161-278-3173.
Q. I am from Canada/USA how do I get my payment to you?
A. Payment can be sent by regular post or by Purolator from Canada or Fed X from the USA, All Payments must be in US Dollars.
Q. How much deposit is required to secure the Booking.
A. To secure a home you will be required to Pay a Non Refundable £200.00/$360.00 or 20% deposit which ever the greater.
Q. Do I have to pay a security deposit.
A.Yes you will have to pay a security deposit of £200.00/$300.00 along with your final balance
This will be refunded with 21 days of your departure.
Q. When will the final Balance be due.
A. Your final balance will be due 8-10 weeks before your arrival
Q. Do I get a confirmation once i have paid my deposit.
A. Yes once you have paid your deposit you will then receive a Reservation Confirmation to confirm the Booking.
Q. When will I receive the information regarding the home.
A. Once full Payment has been received you will then receive all the information you will require to locate and access your chosen holiday home.
Q. Will we be given details of a Local management company.
A. Yes which ever home you choose you will be given all the details of a local management company required.
Q. What happens if I book my villa but can not get a flight?
A. It is most important that you ensure that your preferred method of travel is available before you reserve your accommodation you can do this by visiting our flights and car hire section.
Q. What If I need to cancel my reservation?
A. We understand that sometimes situations arise that prohibit people from traveling. If you need to cancel and are able to notify us over 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will be more than happy to apply your deposit to a future reservation. If you have to cancel your reservation and it is 30 days or less prior to arrival, this will forfeit your deposit
Q. What if there is a problem during my holiday?
A. It is in your best interest and the owner’s interest to fix any problems immediately. Contact information for the owner or their local representative should be included in pre arrival instructions and posted in the rental. The person you have been directed to contact will be your best resource to quickly resolve any issues.
Q. What happens when I leave?
A. Check out policies should be part of the instructions you were provided. Since cleaning standards vary, it is important to know how much the owners expect you to clean up prior to departure. At minimum, the rental should be left tidy. When you are ready to leave, the owner or their representative should check you out of the property, and assuming there is no damage, will refund your security deposit, within 21 Days.
