and abroad, computer professionals, and support personnel who have

ParalegalTech Institute is a pioneer of interactive
online distance paralegal education, and has fully interactive lectures given
by experienced attorneys.

standard classroom experience into
the privacy, comfort, and convenience
of a student’s home.

highlight, and mark up exhibits for
all students to see, as the lecture
takes place on the electronic whiteboard.
- Lectures include analysis and discussion
of legal concepts and how they apply

Unlike some other schools that merely give
you a text chat and call it a classroom, we enable students to interact
personally with each instructor during live lectures.
All lectures are fully recorded in full
audio/video format. Students can view the lectures at any time
at their own convenience. Attendance during lectures is NOT
mandatory. The only advantage to attending the lectures live
as opposed to watching the recordings is the ability to ask the instructor
questions during the lecture. The choice is yours!

All ParalegalTech Institute students are trained
in LexisNexis.
LexisNexis is the leading completely online legal research tool in the country. All students
receive a full LexisNexis account and participate in the LexisNexis Training Program. Students will
complete extensive research assignments using LexisNexis during the course of their studies.

Charter Oak State College will award students college credits for coursework completed at PTI.
Students can apply these credits toward an associate's
or bachelor's degree, either from Charter Oak or elsewhere. PTI is a member of
NFPA

NALA,
the two major paralegal professional organizations
in the U.S.
