Good Afternoon, Nicky.

I wanted to write and thank you and everyone else associated with Omega Rental Cars for helping make our New Zealand experience unforgettable.

As a food, wine and travel writer for the past 20 years, I have logged many national and international miles and rented many a vehicle. And in that time, I cannot recall a car rental company that provided better service and value, or was friendlier and more professional in its conduct than Omega. 

Our late-model Nissan Bluebird touring sedan was ideal for our purposes (exploring the Northland), and it performed beautifully. Upon clearing customs in Auckland, we phoned Omega's number, and a driver arrived at the terminal with our car within minutes to take us to the Omega Airport office, where check-out was quick and easy. Six days later, we arrived back in Auckland, returning our trusty car to Omega's City Centre office (for which there was no extra charge). Omega promptly delivered us and our luggage to our Auckland hotel in a matter of minutes--also at no extra charge! 

Service like this doesn't grow on trees, you know. When planning our next journey to New Zealand, we'll be going to www.omegarentalcars.com once again--and suggest that anyone planning a trip "Down Under" do the same!
