Luxury yacht Daybreak will be chartering in the Mediterranean this summer and the Caribbean later in the year. Daybreak is a wonderful luxuriously appointed Feadship with an excellent crew. Their first rate credentials and experience are covered below:

Luxury yacht Daybreak's Captain: Errol Stent 
 Capt. Errol is in his sixth year with the same owner having captained three of the owner’s yachts and has come right up through the ranks from first mate to captain Daybreak. Errol was born in New Zealand in the late sixties to a family of commercial divers and sailors and has always been an active water baby. He is a very talented sportsman and has pursued his sporting activities throughout his long career in the yachting industry 

First Mate of Luxury Motor Yacht Daybreak: Shaun Harington
 
Shaun was born in South Africa in the late 1960s and has over five years experience in yachting with large yachts. He combines his sailing skills with his skills previously attained in the service industry. He is both organized and courteous when dealing with all charter guests out door requests.

Engineer of Luxury Motor Yacht Daybreak: David Thomson
 
David was born in the mid sixties and moved from his country home in southern New South Wales to complete an apprenticeship in diesel mechanics in Sydney, Australia. He has lived on the water for over ten years and has over 5 years experience with the same owner. David’s knowledge of The Day Breaks heart is second to none.

Chef of Luxury Motor Yacht Daybreak: Janine Lee (Nino)
 
Born in Australia in the late sixties Nino as all affectionately know her, possesses skills with the knife and skillet any connoisseur would drool over. From an early age Nino showed a flare for the culinary arts & has complimented her love of cooking with a professional degree in Food Science from Melbourne University. Nino’s other experience includes managing fine dinning restaurants and teaching English in the jungles of Ecuador.

Peter, the longest serving member of the crew at 9 years has wowed us with his fishing and free diving abilities.

Sarah has over 4 years experience as Chief Stewardess and her attention to her guests is second to none. Sarah, an Australian, has served in some of the finest dining establishments in both Melbourne and London.
