This charming apartment is located in the very center of Cannes, in front of a little garden, at walking distance from every possible activity of the city. It is fully furnished, fully equipped (all cooking facilities + washing machine), and very typical with its high ceiling and its big ceiling fan...

Even though this apartment is a studio, it can be considered as a 1 bedroom apartment, thanks to its large mezzanine that provides a private area for the beds (a queen size bed + a twin size bed as you can see on the picture).

The large convertible couch in the living area allows a second couple or 2 children to sleep comfortably:
