At the Owner/Builder Network, we have a simple plan that works. We will draw you a map through the maze of homebuilding. Our system consists of low interest, 100% construction financing, a construction manual with detailed steps of the construction process, a simple program for finding reliable subcontractors, all the paperwork you need for your project (such as subcontractor agreements, lien releases, insurance forms, etc.), discounts with national building material suppliers, and all needed support.
