His goal was to meet that growing demand. In 1985 Mike relocated to Texas, and since that time he and his staff have assisted others in successfully opening hundreds of additional stores. Together, they continue to provide all the training and assistance new owners need in setting up and maintaining each P.A.S.S. business. And they provide total support in store operation, pricing, marketing and advertising as well as comprehensive ongoing assistance.
Each store may choose their own name as they are owned and freely operated by enterprising people from all walks of life.

P.A.S.S. has designed a Master License Program that can be customized to fit the needs & diversities of consumers in various countries.
The goal of this program is to assist the Master Licensee with the development of a network of P.A.S.S. Centers throughout a particular country (Territory) by licensing Area & Single-Unit Licensees in areas with appropriate demographics.
P.A.S.S., for an agreed upon License Fee, licenses the use of its trademarks & Concept System to P.A.S.S. XYZ, International Master License. The Master Licensee then has the right to the use of the trademarks & Concept System to area and / or single unit licensees for a predetermined license fee set by the Master Licensee.
In addition to paying a Master License fee to P.A.S.S., Master Licensee agrees to protect the integrity of the P.A.S.S. Trademarks & Concept System by monitoring their use & maintaining a level of quality control to ensure that consumer expectations are met at all times in all of the P.A.S.S. Centers developed in the Territory.
A Master Licensee is required to develop a Pilot P.A.S.S. Center to gain experience before beginning the development of the Area & Single Unit Licensee Program. P.A.S.S. will assist with the development of the initial center and, if required, will provide an on-site assistance (additional fees
involved) Each Master Licensee is required to fulfill a Development Schedule based on the demographics of the territory. (A cumulative number of proposed P.A.S.S. Centers to be open & in operation within a given time frame).
