Our Franchise Opportunities

We have three exciting franchising opportunities: one for the single-unit restaurant owner, one for the multi-unit operator and yet another for a co-branded store (inquire further about this new option).

Chick-N-Grill Franchise Costs & Initial Investment

• Franchise fee for an individual restaurant is $30,000.      
• Build-out and equipment ranges from $200,000 to just over $400,000.

Chick-N-Grill Royalties and Advertising Obligations

• Royalties are 4% of gross sales.
• Advertisement commitment is 2% of gross sales and is spent 100% for your local advertising.

The Franchisee is responsible for:

• Initial Franchise Fee
• Locating and securing a site
• Leasehold improvements
• Leasing or purchasing equipment
• Hiring employees and operating the restaurant
• Paying 4% royalty fee
• Paying 2% local advertising fee

• Access to product formulas and operational systems
• Location assistance
• Store design guidance
• Equipment ordering
• Extensive training program
• Operations Manual
• Pre- and post-opening guidance and support
• On-site representative during opening week
• Periodic evaluations and ongoing support

Additionally, Franchisees interested in owning more than one restaurant may open one at a time under separate Single Unit Franchise Agreements or may elect to protect a geographical territory by agreement under the terms of an Area Development Agreement. We offer area developments under which the Franchisee commits to developing multiple stores in a defined market within a defined period of time. Under this agreement, the Franchisee pays a reduced fee for each location and must comply with an agreed timetable of openings

We also offer a co-branding option in which you can combine Chick-N-Grill with our other exciting restaurant concept, GELATO CAFFE.
