Wine Not International Inc. is a franchise based Custom Winery concept ideal for those with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for wine.

Wine Not Int'l wineries are full service federally bonded wineries equipped with state of the art fermentation equipment, professional tasting bar and lounge areas. We also provide both direct retail and wholesale sales, customized labeling and a unique customer participation experience.

Our professional Custom Wineries are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality International wines without the expense and risk of a vineyard. Where conventional wineries are situated close to vineyards, Wine Not Int'l brings the vineyard to you and offers up to 40 different internationally acclaimed varieties. Conventional wineries only have one harvest per year - Wine Not Int'l wineries can produce fine wines throughout the year with the utmost quality and consistency.

Customers visiting our wineries are greeted by knowledgeable and personable staff who guide them through the wine making process. Our guests are then invited to sample various wines while learning the characteristics of each in relaxed and enjoyable surroundings.

Customer Participation

We can help you create your own special wine with beautifully designed labels, shrink wrap and corks that are all included with your purchase.



Tasting Bar

Take advantage of our tasting bar to sample your wines before purchase, or simply sit down and enjoy your surroundings while you enjoy your favorite vintage.


Retail Sales

At the winery you are able to choose and purchase direct from the wide selection available then take with you to enjoy later or add to your personal cellar.



Wholesale

As a federally bonded winery we can also offer direct sales to (where applicable) restaurants, clubs, organizations, hotels, or any business that carries and or distributes wine.


Home Winemaking

We also offer to the home winemaker a vast supply of equipment, products and offer wine tasting courses to those who wish to expand their wine pallet.


Custom Labeling

As well at the winery for a nominal fee, we can design your own custom labels that will add that little something extra to your own personal vintage. Also useful for special events and wholesale label design, such as a restaurants house wine.

The grapes are carefully sorted and sifted to remove leaves and vine fragments, leaving only the succulent fruit for pressing.

Pressing

Freshly harvested grapes are immediately transported to local high-grade pressing facilities, thus ensuring that the true essence of the fruit is retained in a juice of the highest purity.



STEP 5
Processing

Juices and concentrates are meticulously blended and balanced according to specialized recipes under the watchful eye of an experienced microbiologist.



STEP 6
Winery System

Each Wine Not turnkey system is uniquely customized to the franchisee's specific needs as per size, consumption and aesthetic quality, before being expertly installed with a minimum amount of disruption.
