“Pair” is a lovely restaurant in Ravenna (a suburb of Seattle) run by a culinary pair who have brought this casually upscale cuisine to a neighborhood atmosphere. Pair specializes in European-influenced
New American cuisine served in small plate portions. It possesses an auberge-y French-country feel that’s thankfully, not overdone. Chef Felix runs the kitchen while Sarah runs the front of the house and the wine list which beautifully “pairs” with their food. Both Chef Penn and Sarah came from the San Francisco fine dining scene and are making a statement with this concept in the Pacific Northwest.
