| Your earned FivePlus credits are managed through your Otel.com membership account. You may check the number of credits you have accumulated at any time by logging in to your membership account and clicking on the FivePlus section. |

How much are FivePlus credits worth? |

| Each FivePlus credit earned counts as one U.S. Dollar (1 USD) towards your next hotel reservation made through Otel.com. |

FivePlus credits are immediately available towards next purchase |

All of the FivePlus credits in your account are available for immediate use towards any booking with a booking date following that of your original reservation's check-out date.
The points earned for a particular reservation made through Otel.com are not applicable to your next stay booked through us if the booking date of the following stay is before your previous check-out. For example: You book a hotel with us in Paris from April 15 to April 20. Your spouse, who uses the same Otel.com account as you, books a hotel in Rome on April 18. Since you are leaving your hotel in Paris after your spouse books a hotel in Rome, your credits earned from your Paris stay would not be applicable towards the Rome reservation.
The number of available FivePlus credits available towards a particular booking is automatically calculated and displayed on your booking form whenever you make a new booking. If you have no other active reservation in your account, all FivePlus credits in your account should be available for use towards your reservation.

How to redeem FivePlus credits |
|
|
|
Whenever your FivePlus balance exceeds one credit, you may use FivePlus credits towards your next booking made through Otel.com. When making a booking, the number of credits available to use towards your reservation will be displayed in the FivePlus section of your booking form. You have the option of using all or part of the FivePlus credits you have earned by entering the amount you wish to use towards your purchase into the corresponding box on the booking form. You will then only have to charge the balance of the total price (i.e. total price minus FivePlus credits used) to your credit card.

If you choose not to use any earned FivePlus credits towards your next purchase, the credits will continue to remain in your account and may be used towards future purchases. FivePlus credits never expire.
