RETURN POLICY FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the order. We offer an unconditional money back guarantee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Your order must be returned in its originally boxed condition. Please contact us before doing so, so that we may give you return shipping instructions. If vendors pay with a credit card, we will "credit" their card for the refund amount in a timely manner. Cancellations must be made within 24-hours of placing an order. Since an order can be shipped in less than 24-hours cancelling order is not always possible. Defective products can be returned for replacement of the same exact product. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are given past 14-days of purchase date.

RETURN POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized items, all chocolate and candy items, or orders made to order are nonrefundable. We are not responsible if the vendor has provided the wrong date or incorrect or misspelled text, so please verify your dates and spelling of the text content very carefully. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. If we made a printing error, the product will need to be returned to us. All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will either reprint the order, or refund their purchase price. In an effort to provide the best quality product, we reserve the right to modify our wrapper/label designs of the personalized products at any time without notification. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are given past 30-days of purchase date.
