Biography
Dirk's principal areas of practice are international business and energy transactions, including oil and gas transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and development of energy infrastructure with particular emphasis on projects in emerging markets. He is a member of the firm's worldwide Project Finance and Development Practice Group. Prior to joining Vinson & Elkins, Dirk worked as a Petroleum Engineer.
