How It Tested: The shoe, which comes with a six-month outsole guarantee, has a plastic torsion bar that extends from the outsole to the lateral (little-toe) side of the upper to help prevent your feet from rolling over when you stretch for a shot. Side-to-side stability is enhanced by three rubber stripes in the upper that attach to the eyelets. Fans of the Barricade II will notice that the toe-drag protection and overall support are improved, but the shoe is heavy, and expensive.
