A Classic Family Drama Staged in the 40's
"A Tree Grows in Brooklyn" is a splendid American classic whose content would appeal to both young and old alike. Although at times predictable, the movie is enjoyable and makes one yearn for those days of simplicity, struggle, deep respect for one another and family and neighbor unity.
My favorite
