Are the gemstones offered here natural or synthetic?
Gemstones offered
by us are 100% natural and we do not sell any synthetic or imitation
material. We do not even sell gems enhanced with unacceptable artificial
treatments. However, we do sell gems enhanced with universally
acceptable treatments like heat treatment, which is used to permanently
enhance color of certain gemstones and oiling with colorless oil (mainly
in case of Emerald), to fill the cracks and remove dryness in the stone.

Why are gemstones treated?
Not all gems are
treated. There are certain gemstones that need treatment for a natural
reason like heat treatment, which is universally acceptable as a
permanent treatment to enhance color of certain gemstones. Or oiling
(mainly in case of Emerald), where colorless oil is used to fill the
cracks and bring out the best beauty. Rest all other treatments may come
under an unacceptable category, if they have not been declared properly.

Do you provide gemological certificates with the gemstones?
Yes, we do provide
gemological certificates, but only on request. As the prices of our gems
do not include the cost of certificate, customer has to pay for the
certificate(s). If you wish to add testing certificate for a particular
gemstone, please click on the tick box present right under the product
details of that gemstone. By doing this, the cost of the certificate(s)
will automatically add to your shopping cart. You can also add or remove
the testing certificate(s) in your shopping cart.

security of your parcel, we cannot deliver it to your PO box, as there
