PAYMENT POLICY
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Or you may send a money order for the total amount of the order, including shipping, to the address above. Please allow an extra 2 weeks for us to process orders placed by money order.

RETURN POLICY FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the order. There is a 20% handling charge on all returns. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Your order must be returned in its originally boxed condition. Please contact us before doing so, so that we may give you return shipping instructions. If customers pay with a credit card, we will "credit" their card for the refund amount in a timely manner, or issue them a refund check if they paid by money order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Defective products can be returned for replacement of the same exact product, without a restocking fee being assessed. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are given past 30-days of purchase date.

We will either reprint the customers order to their specifications, or refund their purchase price. In an effort to provide the best quality product, we reserve the right to modify our wrapper designs at any time without notification. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight.
