B.O.S.S.® Technical Support
With the B.O.S.S.® CD, Pelco is now offering a complete electronic documentation
package and on-line ready reference system for free. This comprehensive service
replaces a bookcase of reference materials and racks of spec sheets. B.O.S.S.®
allows you to quickly and easily select from over 4,000 finished-good items in
the Pelco product line catalog, obtain product information, and add items to
your proposals or create purchase orders for the products you need.
If you would like to receive a free copy of B.O.S.S.® on CD-ROM, please email
your request along with your name and address to our
literature department or call 1-800-289-9100 and ask for the Literature
Department.
To upgrade your system from B.O.S.S. 4.0 to 4.1, simply run your existing
B.O.S.S. 4.0 application (with web access) and ask the system to perform an
update. B.O.S.S. 4.0 will automatically log on to pelco.com and make the
necessary file upgrades.
