The map system builds a location map based on the postcode that you enter.

Yes, if you click 'hide map' this will prevent the map from being displayed and the contact page will be constructed without the map displayed.
What if I want to put in a longer slogan or company name?
There are practical limitations in any system and we have to limit the size of the company name and the slogan. The system will limit the length of your name and you slogan appropriately.
What is the security password for?
You have the ability to lock the WebPages on your website. If you enter a password here and then choose to lock the WebPages in step3 then the visitors will only be able to view you're the pages you have locked if they enter this password.

I have uploaded a logo but it has not appeared in my website.
Only some of the template designs incorporate a login into their design. Where this is the case the logo will be added in an appropriate place and sized accordingly. This sizing may well render any text in the image unreadable. You have three choices. 1) Contact us and discuss the modification of the template you like to incorporate your logo. 2) Ask us to create a logo customized for you that uses your logo. 3) Choose a template design that does not use a logo in its structure.
What is the [remove logo] button for at the bottom of the step1 page?
This is a 'clean' way to remove the logo from the page. It totally removes the logo from our system allowing you to replace it with whatever image you choose.
When I log in and go into step1 I see a gray Apple button on the left. What is this for?
We have engineered our system to be able to be used by users with PCs and Apple Macs. If you are a user with an Apple Mac then you must use a Netscape browser and then click this Apple Button to use our webpage editor.
After I select a logo image and click submit, nothing happens for a while and then I get a browser error.
If the logo image you have chosen is very large and if you re on dial-up then your browser may well sit waiting for the image to upload. Some browsers will only wait 'just-so-long' before issuing a time out error. If this happens we recommend uploading a logo less than 250K
I see my name on the left of the page and when I click it I see more information stored about me. What is the information for and why is it different from the basic info I am entering in step 1?
We hold your personal contact information separately from the website information you enter in step1. This is to allow us to contact you in the most appropriate manner and to allow you to have more than one website. None of the information you see on this page will be visible to a website user.
Do I need to download the file linked to the 'Windows 2000 fix' link on the left of the window?
Only download this file if you get a Microsoft Office 2000 warning asking you to insert your setup CD.
What are the two numbers on the bottom left of the screen for?
These are you unique ID numbers used by reason8. The first is your Website I.D the second is your Client I.D.
