The 2006 Central Coast Wine Classic is scheduled for Thursday through Sunday, July 13 through 16. Dinner at Hearst Castle will be held Thursday, July 13, and will be presented by world-renowned chefs of the Relais & Chateaux Relais Gourmands organization, Michel Richard of Citronelle in Washington D.C., Charley Palmer of Charley Palmer's in New York, and Christophe Bellanca of L'Orangerie in Los Angeles.
