Good. People should go outside to smoke. Employees and other customers don't need second-hand smoke.
The law is fine now. It's ok that certain bars and restaurants can allow smoking if there isn't too much food served.
Wrong direction. Bars especially are places people go to drink and smoke. People should expect smoking in bars.
