There are 2 main ways SendStudio can be used to and depends greatly on your preferences.

1. SendStudio can be installed in a single location, eg. www.yourdomain.com/newsletter and can be used to allow your clients to login and perform email marketing on their own domains. The domain that SendStudio is installed on, and the domain your clients are performing email marketing for, do not need to be the same. This is useful if you are a web designer and wish to allow your clients access to their own email marketing, without needing to install SendStudio for each client. Instead, simply creating a new "user" account for each client.
   
   
2. SendStudio can also be installed on each domain and used to perform email marketing for that particular domain. This is useful if you have clients who want complete control over their own SendStudio installation and do not wish to go through your service, or if you have multiple sites that you would like to keep seperate.

Licensing Examples

• I am a web designer who has 3 clients, each with different domains that would like to perform email marketing -- I would purchase a Single Web Site License because that will allow me to provide up to 5 different users with access.
  
  
• I am a web designer who has 8 clients, each with different domains that would like to perform email marketing -- I would purchase a Single Web Site License and an Extra User License as that would provide me with up to 10 different users.
  
  
• I am a web site owner with 2 different web sites -- I would purchase the Single Web Site License as that will allow me to create an unlimited amount of mailing lists, therefore catering to all my web sites from a single location.
  
  
• I want to physically install SendStudio on each of my 15 clients websites, as I don't want them to run their campaigns from my server -- I would most likely purchase a 20 domain pack, as that would provide me with 20 Single Web Site licenses at a discounted rate.

We offer 4 different licensing methods for SendStudio. Please make sure you read and understand the rights and limitations of your chosen licence before purchasing.

Single Web Site License

• This licence allows you to install SendStudio on one domain, and allow up to 5 users to manage their email marketing for the that same domain or 5 different domains.
  
  
• A web site is defined as a single domain name.
  
  
• A sub-domain counts as a single web site, so www.mysite.com and jdoe.mysite.com require 2 seperate licences.
  
  
• Each user can create an unlimited amount of mailing lists, have an unlimited amount of subscribers and send an unlimited amount of emails.

Single Web Site License with DevEdit Integrated

• This licence is a Single Web Site License (See above) which includes DevEdit as the HTML editor, instead of the standard SendStudio HTML editor.

20 Domain License

• This licence 20 Single Web Site Licenses (See above) at a highly discounted rate.

Extra Web Site License (Upgrade Only)

• After your initial purchase of a SendStudio Single Web Site License, you are entitled to purchase extra licenses for other domains at a discounted price.

Extra User License (Upgrade Only)

• Each license of SendStudio allows up to 5 users to perform email marketing from a single website. Purchasing an additional user license, allows an addional 5 users to perform email marketing from that website.
  
  
• Each user can create an unlimited amount of mailing lists, have an unlimited amount of subscribers and send an unlimited amount of emails.
