We will provide you with a list of at least 200 websites which are located in your topical link community. These are the best, and most relevant websites to get links from. You, of course, won't be able to get a link from all of them, but at least you'll know who you should be contacting for a link. Stop waisting your time getting links that are outside your neighborhood and may not be helping as much as if you were getting the right links which will have the biggest effect on ranking high today and tomorrow.

We analyze several of your targeted phrases, and the top 10 sites for each phrase. We then find what other sites link to 2 or more of those top 10 sites. We also use a tool which helps us to identify possible sites which are considered "Authorities" for your topics (in the eyes of the search engines). All these sites are the sites in your nieghborhood. These are the links you'll want most to rank high for today and tommorow.

We believe it's not the sheer number of backlinks that wins, but which sites is voted via links to be the expert for a topical search in Yahoo, MSN, and especially in Google. Getting a handful of well positioned backlinks in your industry can do better than thousands of backlinks without a focus in the neighborhood of sites which rank high. We will show you those sites in a list format specifically for your topical phrases targeted.

We also give you a list of at least 20 websites which you should be linking to assist your linking neighborhood (we believe this helps you to rank higher).

We'll be taking a deep analysis of the phrases you're targeting and methods you'll need to use to work towards top rankings for your phrases.

We look at your competitors and deep link analysis and several other variables to see where you're at, and exactly what needs to be done as far as link obtaining.

Once we've run these extensive reports we'll send them to you for your review. Then we'll set up time to speak so that we can go over these reports with you. We'll explain what these reports show us and based on that, we'll show you specific things that you should be doing to help increase your links, improve the quality of your links, and more information on getting your site the right links to rank highest in the search engines.

2. Link Building Training Classes

• Send your staff (up to 5) to us for training. Includes WBP Perfect Link Neighborhood Plan of Action Reports.
  Cost: $3000 for 8 hour consulting
  Put your staff members through our rigorous link development training course. In an 8 hour session, we will review all the above mentioned reports, and train your staff on exactly how to get the best type of links possible. Training time will be divided between time with Jim Boykin, Todd Malicoat, and Justilien Gaspard.

• Bring one of us to you for training. Includes WBP Perfect Link Neighborhood Plan of Action Reports.
  Cost: $4000 per day + expenses
  Either Jim or Todd will fly to your location and train your team on how to develop links most effectively. In an 8 hour session, we will review all the above mentioned reports, and train your staff on exactly how to get the best type of links possible.

• Phone Consulting Training - Cost: $600 for 2 hours
  (request Jim or Todd, or 1 hour with each of them)
  Personal one-on-one consulting with link experts Jim Boykin or Todd Malicoat. This service is an in depth anaylsis and requires a minimum of 2 hours of consulting. If you want us to research your site for an hour before we chat, add another $250.

During this time we will work to find you the best possible links and write your requests for you. We will expect you to have a budget for purchasing links, or something to offer as incentive for people to link to you. All link requests will be documented. We are the best at what we do, and can find you the important links quickly. We will average 2 - 3 requests per hour, but they will have relatively high response/ conversion rates because of our personalized approach. Minimum order is 10 hrs. of link development time.

4. One time Linking Services which we offer:

• Presell Pages - $100 - $450/ page per month
• Authority Links - Starting at $100 each/ minimum order of $500 monthly - we will get you high link popularity links that will assist you in achieving high rankings and click through traffic.
• Directory Listings - $1500, yearly ~$600
  ~25 quality directories - Submission costs included
• Permanent Links - We can offer between 5 and 30 relevant permanent* links (depending on your site's topic, and what we have that matches it) at a cost of $100 per relevant permanent* link
