Custom Packages

Velaro realizes that packaged solutions don't always fit your business needs.  For that reason, we also offer a very flexible pricing structure that lets you customize any of the above plans so that you can build your own solution.  Contact a Velaro account manager today to start building the live help package that best fits your needs!

Software as a Service
Velaro Live Help is provided primarily as a Software on Demand, often referred to as software-as-a-service (SaaS).  You will not need any additional technology people or equipment to use our service, saving you a tremendous cost in maintenance and support.  Please contact a Velaro representative for Total Cost Of Ownership models comparing to costly do-it-yourself solutions.

How we bill
Velaro customers pay quarterly for three months of service in advance.  We offer a a free two-week trial that gives you complete access to all of our features so you can fully evaluate and determine what level of service you require and how many agents you will need to staff your site with.  If after your trial you decide to subscribe, you can use our online store to purchase directly with a credit card.  Velaro doesn't require any long term contracts, however for organizations that want specifc End User Licensing, one can be provided.

For large orgnainizations that have specific invoicing requirements, your Velaro account representative is here to ensure you have everything you need to get started as well. 

How we bill
It is best to work with a Velaro Live Help consultant to determine your best pricing scenario.  Our product costs range from a nominal $29.95 - $149.95 per agent per month, depending on the feature set you need and discounts for multiple agents.  Please chat with an on-line representative for more specifics or to arrange a phone call.

Cancellation
In most cases, we do not charge any set-up fees. Since Velaro's support and service are offered for two weeks free during your trial period, we do not provide a refund if you choose to cancel within the first 3 months of the subscription.  However, after your first quarter's subscription, you may cancel at any time and Velaro will happily provide a pro-rated refund for any unused  monthly portion of your current subscription period. Velaro can provide an unprecedented amount of references upon request.
