| At PokerShopping.com we want all customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we'll accept any returns from you within 14 days from our ship date.
On all returns we give a full refund less the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Follow these three steps: - Email our customer service at info@pokershopping.com and tell us what products you want to return. We will then send you our return address.
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original packing slip from the shipper and your receipt.
- Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish. You are responsible for this shipping.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation and packing included.
Immediately after we have received and inspected your package you will get your complete refund (less a 15% restocking fee AND less the original shipping costs).
If a product has been damaged during shipping, we ask you to contact us immediately. Always save the packing slip from the shipper and your receipt. |
