Email Change Policy
As of Oct 1, 2005, we are no longer answering credit questions via email. We loved answering your questions. However, our mailboxes were jammed with mail, most of them (over 95%) asking about information well documented on our site, or situations which would take our (voluntary) staff too much time to research, and we just can't get to all of you fast enough.
