Introduction.
Established 8 years
ago through the hard work and determination of its Directors, Clair and
David Fitton, Verde has evolved into a very successful young company.
Verde have duly earned their reputation among their client base as a creative
force in contemporary floristry, priding themselves on the specialist
knowledge and professionalism apparent in all of their staff. This is
reflected in their ability to individualise each client’s experience,
providing the unique edge that Verde has become renowned for.
Strategy
Harper James was introduced to Verde to provide a complete design solution
to be carried across all company literature.
The remit was to provide a design reflecting the industry Verde operates
within as well as their reputation for creating something “different,
innovative and eye catching”.
Harper James was also asked to provide the design and content of the new
Verde website (www.verdeonline.co.uk) – the requirement was to ensure
the design and content of the site enticed the casual browser into sitting
up and taking notice.

Implementation
Verde’s colour scheme and logo was designed to represent the nature
of the business – the “V” of the company name is represented
by a leaf, and the overall colour scheme is green to represent the Italian
translation of the word “Verde”. It is a simple generic design
that has been carried through the entire range to create an unmistakable
brand.
Conclusion
Since working with Harper James, Verde have found their brand has developed
strongly into a widely recognised sign of quality performance and delivery
within the interior landscaping and floral design markets. The design
solution exactly mirrors our belief in mixing conventional ideas with
