Clothing range with Ukfast branding

The client...

The brief…
To produce a range of corporate clothing to advertise UKFast with a specific onus on their relationship with SaleSharks

The reality...
On further discussion with UKFast, we established the clothing was required for SaleSharks home games and they wanted to make more of their involvement with the club and ensure they had a more conspicuous presence at all games.

The result…
We decided upon baseball caps and woolly hats in the first instance as the height at which they are worn ensures their visibility, and using both would give the required advertising both during summer and winter.

Linking in with the hats, polo shirts (for men) and crew neck T-Shirts were designed (for ladies) for wear whilst enjoying pre- and post-match hospitality to continue the brand visibility at all times. For both the hats and the shirts, a colour scheme was developed to tie in with the existing corporate colours. As navy is the strongest of the colours, it was widely agreed that this would make the best base colour as it also provided greater suitability than white and more subtlety than red. A reworking of the traditional UKFast logo was required as there was nothing to be gained in embroidering navy of the logo onto the navy of the clothing. The result was reversing the navy parts of the logo out so they appeared as white on navy – this provided the perfect result and has ensured a great look to the whole range.

Finally, umbrellas have been created as the perfect way to bring the designs together – these were a perfect solution, because they are not only highly visible in the crowd at a game, but they will also be used during corporate golf days and will provide further publicity.
