1. From the homepage, select the country in which your destination is located. A list of cities in which properties are available will then automatically display in the “City” drop down box.

2. Select your city from the “City” drop down box.

3. Select your check-in and check-out dates using either the drop down boxes or the calendar icons provided. Please note than instead of selecting a check-out date, you may also select the number of nights for your stay.

4. For each room you are booking, select the type of room you wish to book using the “Select Room Type” drop down menu. The number of occupants (adults plus children aged 2 and up) who can be accommodated by each room type is indicated.

5. Using the drop-down box provided, indicate the number of children aged 2-12 in each room.

6. If any infants (individuals up to 2 years of age) are to stay in a room, please indicate the appropriate number of baby cots required using the drop down box provided.

7. What room type should I book?

To select your hotel using more criteria than those provided by the simple search, click Find Hotels link in the menu bar at the top of the homepage which allows you to perform an Advanced Search.
In addition to those criteria provided by the Simple Search, the Advanced Search function allows to refine your search using the following additional criteria,

1. Location: Use the drop down box provided to choose the specific location or area within the city to which you wish to confine your search.

2. Star rating: Select the minimum star rating desired.

3. Hotel Area: Enter the name of the area you would prefer to be located in.

The search by Hotel Area option allows you to search for hotels near a given address. Simply enter the area name where you are looking for hotels

Once you have clicked the submit button on the search page, a list of available hotels matching your criteria will display on the Search Results page. You may sort the order in which hotels are displayed by price or by star rating.

For each available hotel, the Search Results page will display the following:

• The name of the hotel.
• The hotel star rating.
• The hotel’s location within the city.
• A photo of the hotel.
• A brief description of the hotel.
• The daily rate for each room, for each day of your stay.

From the search results page, you can do the following:

• Sort the order in which available hotels are displayed by price, hotel name or star rating.
• See hotel details - just click on the hotel name or click the info link in the blue box.
• Book a hotel - click the “Book It” link for the hotel you wish to book
• Restart your search - use the search box in the upper left margin.

Map it – use the map it link to generate a map showing the location of the hotel. You can zoom in and out.

Clicking the hotel details link from the Search Results page will take you to the Hotel Overview page. This page provides an overall description of the hotel, as well as general information on location, property amenities and room amenities.

What you can do from the hotel overview page:

• View the Room and Rates :
The total cost and whether or not taxes/fees/breakfast are included)
• Make a reservation at the hotel:
Click the “Book It” link at the top
• Search availability at the hotel for another set of dates:
Use the “Check Availability” search box in the upper left margin.
• Get information on hotel surroundings and nearby attractions:
Click the “Area Info” tab at the top
• Get a detailed price breakdown for your stay, including total charges, taxes and fees:
Click the Rates and Charges tab at the top

From Search Results pages you can click on the ‘MAP IT’ link or from the Hotel Overview page, click the Map and Area info tab The interactive map allows you to zoom in or out as necessary to get a different perspective of the hotel’s surroundings and to pin-point it’s location exactly.

From the Area Info tab from any Hotel Details page, you will be taken to the Area Info page for your selected hotel. The Area Info page will provide information about the hotel’s location and its surroundings.

Click on the photo gallery tab from any Hotel Details page to see photos of the Hotel. Click on the photo to enlarge the details.

Click on User Reviews tab from any of the Hotel Details pages to find out what other people have said about the Hotel. If you want to review one of the hotels you have stayed at you need to be a member of gtahotels.com. To find out how to join see Your Site Membership below.

Making a reservation on gtahotels.com requires that you first become a member of this website. Membership is free, and you do not have to make a reservation first to become a member. Membership allows you to review your reservations, save recent searches, and submit reviews of hotels you have stayed at.

You will also receive newsletters and can benefit from our special deals and offers.

1. From any page, click the My Bookings tab at the top of the page, and then click the Join Now link on the page. You will then be asked to provide your email address (which will become your member ID) and select a password. OR click on the become a member link
2. When making a reservation on gtahotels.com for the first time, go to the become a member registration area and follow the instructions provided.

To become a member of gtahotels.com, you must first choose a member ID and a password. Your member ID must be a valid e-mail address. Your password can be any combination of letters or digits that is 6-8 characters long. Please note that both the member ID and password are case sensitive.

Simply click the My Bookings tab at the top the page. You will then be asked to sign in with your Member ID and password. OR go to the login section on the top of the homepage.

1. Click the “Book It” button from either the Search Results page or from any Hotel Details page for the hotel you wish to book.

2. Enter the information requested on the booking form. On this page you will enter guest and payment information – including credit card and cardholder information. You will also indicate any preferences or special requests on this page.

3. Click the “Submit Reservation” button at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to the second page of the Booking Form

4. On the second page, review the details of your reservation and read important terms and conditions applying to your reservation. Check the box indicating that you have read and agree to all provisions of the Terms and Conditions, then click Submit.

Please note that if the bank which issued your credit card is part of the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode networks, you will be taken to a user authorization page before your reservation is confirmed. You are required to enter the user authorization information requested in order to complete your reservation.

If your payment is processed successfully, you will be taken to a confirmation page displaying your reservations information and your confirmation code. You will also be provided with a link to the Pre-paid Accommodations Voucher for your reservation. Please be sure to print your voucher, as some hotels may request it at the time of check-in.

When your reservation is confirmed, you will be provided a link to your Prepaid Accommodations Voucher. The voucher is a document showing that your prepaid accommodation has been booked and confirmed. We recommend that you print and keep this voucher as some hotels may ask you to present it at the time of check-in. The voucher also holds important reservations information, including your confirmation number; your hotel address and telephone number; and numbers to call in case of an emergency.

To review your reservations, click the Member’s Area tab at the top and login to your member pages with your member ID and password. You will then see a list of all your active, pending, and canceled reservations. You can also review your reservations through My Bookings.

Please note that cancellations and changes can only be made as per gtahotel.com’s Cancellations and Changes Policy as put forth in our Terms and Conditions.

To cancel any reservation:
1. Display your reservations by following the instructions provided in “Reviewing your reservations” above.
2. Once your bookings are displayed, you may cancel any reservation simply by clicking the CANCEL button found in the far right section of the listing.

Please note that changes can only be made subject to availability, and in accordance with the Cancellations and Changes Policy
To change your reservation:
1. Display your reservations by following the instructions provided in “Review your reservations” above.
2. Click the CHANGE button found at the bottom of the reservation listing. You will then be directed to the Change Reservations page.
3. On the Change Reservations page, change dates and/or room types to suit your new accommodation requirements.
4. If there is availability matching the changes you have made, the new reservation will be re-priced. If total charges for the new reservation exceed those of the previous one, you will be directed to a payment page to pay for the difference. The new reservation will not be confirmed until payment has been completed.
