MEET THE BROKER - Philippe HARARI
Born and raised in Paris, France. Before working in real estate, I held sales and marketing positions in France and Spain for multi-national corporations Sara Lee and Gestetner. These experiences not only sharpened my sales and marketing skills, but also afforded me with the opportunity to fluently learn Spanish, in addition to my native French and school-trained English.
After living in Spain for almost two years, I decided to move back to France and work in an industry that had always been very intriguing to me: real estate. My first experience with real estate was three-fold. In 1991, I worked as a real estate agent as well as a property and development manager in Paris. Four years later, I started my own brokerage firm, “TOITS DE PARIS”. The firm specialized in developing and marketing properties with terraces, as well as condos and houses with unique features. Two years later, I decided to venture into Miami’s dynamic market. With 6 years of European real estate experience, I felt I was ready to apply my knowledge in a new market.
Since my arrival in Miami, I have continued to sell, manage, develop and rent properties. Additionally, I have expanded into the realm of condo conversions in the South Beach market. These include: land acquisition, development and interior design of several buildings.
Having acquired a deep knowledge of the real estate market over the past 15 years, I decided to launch my real estate brokerage firm in Miami Beach. I wanted to start a specialized boutique shop where our number one priority was to provide unparalleled real estate service to our clients.
Our firm currently specializes in estate properties and luxury homes throughout South Florida, more specifically in condos, pre-construction condos, luxury residential estates & homes and commercial properties in the Miami, Miami Beach, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale and its surroundings.
